Our Team

Lou Filla

President

With over 35 years of experience in the IT industry, Lou brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every aspect of the field. He began his career in 1989 as an Apple technician, specializing in personal computers, networking products, and troubleshooting early Macintosh systems. Lou’s passion for technology and vision for innovative IT solutions led him to found Lumicon in 2000. Outside of work, you can find Lou enjoying the outdoors, away from electronics.

Noah Filla

Vice President

Noah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Philosophy from the University of Missouri-Columbia. His passion for the IT industry began in 2020 when he volunteered with Ukatsu, a youth development program that fostered positive social relationships between gamers in the community. This experience inspired his transition into IT, where he combines his interests in technology and community building. In his free time, Noah enjoys playing video games, cooking, and spending time with his two cats.

Ava Filla

Marketing and Business Manager

Ava graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Business which equipped her with a strong understanding of both human behavior and business strategies. Before joining our team in 2024, she gained valuable experience as a case manager for individuals with developmental disabilities which strengthened her collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. During her time off, Ava enjoys shopping, traveling, and exploring new hobbies.
